The test classes in test/test.py all use def teardown(self): as the definition 
for the teardown functions. The problem is that the unittest API uses tearDown 
as the name, so those functions are never called, and the tests leave garbage 
folders behind in /tmp.

This commit in my github repository copy of parallel-ssh fixes the issue:
