Multi-fidelity LinearTruncatedFidelityKernel

Hi,

I have couple of questions about SingleTaskMultiFidelityGP and I really appreciate your help.
(1) What is iteration_fidelity? It seems that the data_fidelity is the fidelity levels of different IS, but I couldn't understand iteration_fidelity. Are they only used when we have Hyperparameter Tuning of Neural network?
(2) Is there any reference paper for LinearTruncatedFidelityKernel use in SingleTaskMultiFidelityGP?
