<p>軟體工程師的導師學徒制，就像絕地武士一樣。</p>
<p>一旦被選為學徒，將會有導師一對一教學指導，直到能獨當一面或者判定不符合資格，身為學徒有義務聽從指導，並遵循導師指示學習新知，或者參於完成指派的工作。</p>
<p>一旦學成之後，將成為新的導師，必須將所學的知識傳承給新的學徒。</p>
