[Feature] Link Grafana Dashboard to Pyrra equivalent

It would be nice to be able to go from the Grafana Dashboard to the Pyrra Dashboard of the same rule.

In addition to the ability to change how one looks at the graphs, I think this should also allow us to at least list the rules that are grouped in grafana, just have an empty dashboard, and only the link.

That way these rules are not missing without from grafana without notice.

I'm not sure I can follow 100%.
Unfortunately both systems work slightly different. So mapping from one to the other isn't entirely possible.
If you can give more concrete example we could see what's possible.
