Properly deprecate tellmodel in flux_calib.get_sensfunc_factor() #1776

As titled. The docstring says that tellmodel is deprecated, but it is still present in the code. I suspect that we need to make sure that this is not currently used by any other functions, and that telluric corrections are supported elsewhere in the code.
