Documentation on "selector" option is misleading

The documentation at http://pvdspek.github.com/jquery.autoellipsis/ implies that the selector option is used, when provided, to select children on which to apply the ellipsis functionality. However, upon reading the source, I see this is only the case when combined with the live option. Either the documentation should be updated to reflect this, or the subselector should always be used.
