Internal Metrics Dash

Health Dashboard: Login > Check if all channels are being fetched.
If notifications are being fetched and received by streams.
If you are able to send chat out and receive chat via stream
Pin message
Push points are working and tasks are able to be claimed - Lower priority

Should be deployed on health.push.org
