Points Vault page
Includes the following:

A UI implementation taking reference from the Leaderboard page
Functionality to approve a user
Functionality to reject a user
Infinite scroll
Ability to click on twitter link to open profile
Pending/Approved/Rejected Tabs
Handle search for a specific handle
