Investigate and correct error output from validation tool failure #146

Currently an error message outputs when a tool in a docker container exits with any code other than the expected code (specified in tool config, default: 0).

Acceptance criteria:

  • Output exit code 1 when a tool returns a validation failure, remove all error text as the error does not pertain to PRM itself.
