Translation support and new features sug

I need to translate the config to translate the drop confirmation prompts that show up in the game.
And like that you can add new features: but cancel drop protection detection when long pressing the Q key.
As well as add: if an item has been recently determined to drop, drop protection detection will be canceled some time afterward.
