Set default root path for goup directories

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a user uses the Memories app for the first time, they have to set a root path to their images. Can this be set globally as an administrator for all users?

Describe the solution you'd like
A OCC Command to be able to set a default root path for all users.

For example:
occ memories:set-default-root-path
and if this is set, the setup screen should simply be skipped so that the user is taken directly to the Memories interface.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternitave would be a setting in the administration pannel possible.

Additional context
We are a big society with many users and use a group folder for our shared photo archive. We also have many users who would be overwhelmed by manually setting a root path. I would therefore like to relieve users of this step as an administrator. If there is already a possibility in this direction, please let me know. Unfortunately, I only found the other OCC commands in the guide.
