I can still reproduce today. I'm on Firefox 63.0.3.

If you have a sufficiently large screen and your window is full screen, you can't reproduce it b/c you don't need to scroll to see all the content, but it still occurs if you play around with window sizing.

Can't reproduce in Chrome either.

Are we ok with supporting only the latest versions of each of the main browsers? If so, then this can be closed.

Unless it's an easy fix where we weren't doing something in a standards compliant way in which case I'd rather fix our code than rely on a browser being smart enough to know what we meant and fix it. Any guesses?
