As a supervisor when I comment on a travel request and add a new event name I want to make sure that if the new event name has a number I will get a notification in the UI. I expect to see the same behavior as when I create a new travel request and I add an event name with a number. The UI should display 'It looks like you have a date in this field. Please remove.'
Actual behavior
When I comment a travel request and add a new event name with a number, the UI does not display 'It looks like you have a date in this field. Please remove.'
Steps to replicate
Select a travel request. Cleck button Comment. Type a New Event name in the input box.
Impact of this bug
Inconsistent reactive display in the UI that may create confusion to the user.
