What about python 3.11 support and asynchronous code ?

Regarding async code please see: #243 (comment)

Just ran the tests locally against python 3.11, 3.10, 3.9, and 3.12 and they all pass on the latest version.

Is this still an issue for you?
What version of python, dataset, and database are you using?
Can you reproduce the issue with 3.11 and share the code here?
