This issue is for the pages that show for non-authenticated users, including https://metadata.libraries.psu.edu/ and a couple other pages linked from it.

I met with Mike and Karen S this afternoon. They will be providing css and assets generated from current PSUL site. The site is using Bootstrap 5 and RMD public pages are using 4.6 so we'll see whether we can make this work. Hopefully will be a good proof of concept for all ruby apps. Mike will reach out with assets when they are ready - I don't have a date but soon!.

assets.libraries.psu.edu has been updated. The readme instruction for using the styles is here:

Feel free to ping me you have questions. The file structure is based on the Drupal theme so it isn't ideal for this but hopefully it works for you.
