Summary

As much as I may loathe doing this, tracking attributes would be beneficial on a larger scale.

Proposal

  • Create table to hold attributes against an owner (account, scope, etc)
  • Ingest Attribute msgs/events
  • Add API to search based on name, owner, etc
  • Update name tree to include a count of applied instances

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
