with android P its 2 seconds ahead on seek that too in some devices please help

Hi, any update on this i tested on different phone and behavior is different i tried to seek at 15 seconds and in pixel with android Pie seeks at 17 seconds where as pixel with android Oreo seeks at 15 seconds
