Installation instructions

Switch to root user.
Go to http://nodejs.org/download/.
Download and install package for your OS using instructions from the link "Installing from package managers" below the package list.
npm install -g grunt
npm install
Now you can use 'grunt' command to build the project
Install ruby, rubygems, yaml.
gem install jsduck
