Artifacts Link for instructor assignment views #37

As an instructor, I can see a link to "view artifacts" of an assignment so that I can see diagnostic information about how my assignment has been set up with Jenkins.

Things that might show up on that page might be:

  • Console Output from Jenkins
  • Compiler Errors
  • JSON syntax errors
  • etc

This link should appear on both the index and show pages for assignments.
