Test reference captures from OARC

It contains captures of many root-servers during 1 day. This has been done since 2006. Might be interesting to see the progression of ITHI metrics for this data set don't you think? The captures contain only queries though, no answers."

The current code does not tabulate parameters from queries, for two main reasons: queries are repeated in the query section of responses, and counting twice would lead to double counting; and, in root captures, a large number of queries come from bots and mis-configured software, and tabulating these queries would pollute the overall results.

We could probably enable tabulation from queries by setting a special flag as a command line argument.
