Objective

Once the cm model catalog is finalized, reviewed, and approved, create subdirectories for each model listed in the catalog.

Note: first solve:

Requirements:

  • Script: Use the provided script mata_tools/make_new_model_dir.py to create subdirectories for each model.

  • Model Names: Ensure that new subdirectories follow the model naming convention as outlined in the ADR.

  • Verification: The person working on this task must verify that:

    • All subdirectories are created.
    • Each subdirectory is correctly populated with the required files.

Additional Information:

  • Timing: This task should be completed immediately after the catalog is finalized and approved.
  • Dependencies: No additional dependencies or environment setups are required.

Actionable Steps:

  1. Wait for the cm model catalog to be finalized, reviewed, and approved.
  2. Use the mata_tools/make_new_model_dir.py script to create subdirectories for each model listed in the catalog.
  3. Ensure all subdirectories follow the correct naming conventions as per the ADR.
