This PR introduces https://protofire.github.io/solhint/ which will catch the majority of issues that were brought up by round 1 auditors. Linter rules marked as
"warn"in the.solhint.jsonare not fixed in this PR, but are nonetheless important. These issues will be fixed in subsequent PRs, see #246Devnet tested in https://github.com/primev/mev-commit/actions/runs/9996684451
