Missing License File

Hi, thank you to the contributors for providing such an excellent project. However, I noticed that this project doesn’t have a license file. Could you please clarify if this is a "private" project?

As per GitHub's policy, projects without a license file are considered to have all rights reserved by the repository owner. I believe this could limit potential users who wish to utilize this project, myself included. Without a clear license, I’m unable to proceed with actions like further development or redistribution.
