After the spreadsheet has been validated, we should provide the ability to randomize it based on the R scripts here https://github.com/computational-metabolomics/pt-block-randomisation

Big tasks. Requires:

Migration the randomizer to python
Adding an endpoint to randomize the given google sheet
Download the sheet, randomize it, then upload the randomized version ? Alternatives ?
