How to add content to static ctor in multiple steps?

I am trying to add content to a non existing static ctor in multiple steps in my aspect.

Doing so results in an exception during the second call to AddInitializer.
How can i achieve this?
There is no exception when the type already contains a static ctor.

Thank you for the reproduction. I have filed a bug for this and we'll notify you as soon as it's fixed.

In the meanwhile, you can have an empty static constructor in the target types as a workaround.
