We've just released Metalama 2023.3.8. This is the first generally available version of Metalama 2023.3.

• Fixed: Metalama.Testing.AspectTesting package does not disable Metalama.
• Fixed: Caching: AsyncEnumerableTests.IteratesExpectedSequence1 is failing occasionally.
• Fixed: Licensing: Design-time license messages shouldn't talk about license credits.
• Fixed: Aspect Tests: Aspect test project name starting with a digit breaks the build.
