Several extra OSM files sometimes saved

This happens only with POIs. If the user adds multiple POIs by 1) adding, 2) tagging, 3) going back and adding, 4) tagging, 5) save.

Then, you get multiple files saved. This might make sense for a stand-alone editor, but we've decided OMK will forever be ODK bound. A stand-alone editor should be a new project (with a new mapping lib, of course ; ).

So... This bug can be solved by a UX change. Don't allow the user to add multiple POIs per ODK question. Once a POI is added, only allow moves.
