Recognize chapters within a single file

First off, thanks for the app. It is working great!

It would be great to recognize chapters within a single m4a, such that the play bar isn't spanning over >10 hours. It is quite hard to navigate within a book when you can only scroll over such a wide time range.

A more detailed time scrolling function would also be nice, even without the chapter support.
