Option to ignore first play command after connecting to bluetooth

This option should be disabled by default.

The reason for this feature is that some car stereos will always send a play command to the phone on connecting and if Booksonic was the last player used it will start playing even if the user is under the impression that Booksonic is closed. By ignoring the first command after connecting to a Bluetooth device we can avoid this.
