Weird resize event while creating a window

(1) Issue/Bug Description: While spawning windows in tiling mode, when no other windows are present, a weird resize animation occurs.

(2) Steps to reproduce (if you know): Spawn a windows (for instance: Nautilius)

(3) Expected behavior: Window spawns in its desired place and size.

(4) Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release):

Happens with all other extensions disabled.
