[BUG] Problem with download/upload images or any files using Chrome, Vivaldi and Firefox browsers. #1489

When trying to download/upload, in any browser - the download window does not load or if it loads it disappears immediately and the download is not executed.
In the case of upload - the window for selecting the file does not load - preventing you from sending attachments by email.
