Provider getTransaction throws an 'RPC Error' while transaction is pending #111

It looks like the provider getTransaction method throws an 'RPC Error' while the transaction is pending confirmation. Looking at the comments for the function it looks like that method should return a TransactionResponse but it looks like a Transaction object is being returned.
