Newly created PODs show in admin UI when "Show Admin Menu in Dashboard" is not checked

Description

Newly created PODs show in the admin UI menu when "Show Admin UI" is checked but "Show Admin Menu in Dashboard" is not. However, if you check "Show Admin Menu in Dashboard" and save, then uncheck it, it disappears from the admin UI menu.

Testing Instructions

1. Create a new POD and only check "Show Admin UI"
2. Observe menu item with default pin is shown in admin UI menu
3. Check "Show Admin Menu in Dashboard" and save
4. Uncheck "Show Admin Menu in Dashboard" and save
5. Observe menu item with default pin is hidden in admin UI menu

Just noticed as well that although "Rewrite with Front" was unchecked, my URLs were being prefixed with the front base. I had to check it, save it and uncheck it again for it to not do that.
