Correção para o Readme.md do projeto, encontrado em https://github.com/po-ui/po-angular/blob/master/README.md

--skipInstall não é mais reconhecido no Angular. A opção correta seria utlizar --skip-install.

Exemplo abaixo:

ng new my-po-project --skip-install

Observe o uso do hífen (-) no lugar de camelCase (skipInstall).
