Create a tutorial that shows how to run PUMI on a SLURM cluster (i.e., how to run cluster-pipeline-executor.sh on a cluster).
Currently, there is only a tutorial on how to run PUMI within a docker container (i.e., how to run docker-pipeline-executor).
