Closes #4256
What's changed
Any references to the metrics dashboard that mention the warning labels appearing or burst warning have been removed from the pages below. This was done mainly through adjusting screenshots on the dedicated and grid metrics pages and also removing text in the increase observability metrics index pages that specified the labels.
