<h2>Wait, what even <i>is</i> pertubation?</h2>

Pertubation is a trick to make fractals run faster. Computers only represent numbers to a certain precision,
and going further results in pixelation. So, we have to implement high-precision, allowing us to zoom
deeper. However, this is many times slower, so pertubation helps bring the fractals back up to speed.

This fractal viewer is one of the highest quality fractal viewers online, with the ability to add 3D effects
using normal maps, a custom and entirely unique banding mode, flowing animations, basic anti-aliasing options,
iteration customization, a variety of fractal options, downloading and coordinate saving, and pallete
customization.
