          제네시스에서 PL 길드를 생성할 다른 방법이 없어서 임의로 CreatePledge 액션 내부에서 PL길드를 생성하도록 해뒀는데, 추후에는 제네시스에서 PL 길드를 생성가능하도록 처리(MakeGuild액션을 수정하거나 다른 어드민 액션을 새로 작성)하고 이후에는 Pledge대신 Guild관련 로직으로 넘어가야합니다.
