Crash on startup with VST3 "clarity vx" plugin

Hello, The Music edition / VST3 plugin, is working perfectly for a my Waves VST plugins. But if I restart OBS with this waves v13 vst "clarity vx" in the filter chain, it will crashes. I have to manually remove the audio input track with a vanilla OBS to load my settings back.

I'm not sure if this is the correct issue tracker, since it's uncertain that which part went wrong in the setup.
