.resume, .pause and .destroy are not implemented #17

This makes lazy streams different from usual streams and almost useless (e.g. you cannot pipe or pump)

I use an ugly monkey-patching to stub these methods. It seems to work, but may cause data loss:

var ll = new Lazy()
ll.resume = function () { console.log('resume') }
ll.pause = function () { console.log('pause') }
ll.destroy = function () { console.log('destroy') }
