Cada vez q se agrega un año de feriados nuevo hay que actualizar https://github.com/pjnovas/nolaborables/blob/master/lib/data/holidays.js podría tener mas sentido hacer un acceso al filesystem directo en vez de cachear por compilado (ya q no hay db)
