Option to Blacklist not Whitelist

Hi,
First, thanks for the awesome addons (I use Tree Style also).

It would be nice if I could just blacklist a few problematic sites and let everything else not get suspended.

I frequently find that I click on a suspended site and have to wait for it to reload and I'd like to not have to do that except on the sites I designate as badly behaved.

P.S. I am running on Firefox-ESR/Linux. I do NOT plan to go to Quantum when it gets pushed to ESR.
