I switched from Dev Edition/Aurora (54) to Nightly (55) a couple weeks ago and Suspend Tab stopped working completely. I just checked again and got the same.

I don't know if they made an announced change or did something that accidentally broke it.

Oh, I should have added that I encountered at least one other Nightly user who reported the same.
