We need better error-messages. I think the same error message might be used no matter the actual error. Some errors could with benefit bubble back to the users. Such as when a user submits an event outside the geographic limitations set by the app config.

The error responses are currently hard-coded into app/frontend.coffee in the form of the respond404 and respond500 functions.
