User Story

As an <audience/user>: PieDAO smart contract developer
I want to <action/task>: Configure the gas price or use a different api to estimate the gas prices
so that <outcome/goal/benefit>: I can always deploy even when gas prices are high

Description

We are currently having difficulty deploying contracts to mainnet

Definition of Done

Add option configure a gas price
Use ethgasstation api for gastimates by default
