Question: I want change the author's name of GitHub's Issue.

Migration from GitLab to GitHub works successfully, but the author of Issue is changed to my github name and registered.
When I looked at Issue after migration, it was under my github name.

What value should I enter in usermap?

The author is always the user who creates the issue/PR. So whichever user's token you use will be the user. That's why this tool adds the actual user in the body.

You could create a dedicated user account just for the purpose of migration.
