Hi!

I'm using ASL plugin. Even though I marked the html report option as output and specified a path, no file is created at the end of the analysis. How can I fix it?

OS: MacOs Big Sur 11.7
Python 3.7
Latest Quantiphyse version

Probably because sphinx is not installed. Try pip install sphinx in the Quantiphyse environment and see if that fixes it. The report functionality is optional in oxasl so it is not a required dependency, but it may make sense to make it a dependency for the quantiphyse widget.

Keeping open as QP should note lack of sphinx and notify user that report will not be generated

Fixed after installing OXASL version: 0.1.13
