Would need more information to investigate this - what Mac version, how Quantiphyse was installed and any messages reported to console when the program is run.

Only other suggestion is to check the instructions at https://quantiphyse.readthedocs.io/en/latest/basics/install.html in particular there are several 'Notes' that address Mac-specific problems.
