This plugin provides modelling tools for cerebrovascular reactivity (CVR) using BOLD-MRI with PETCO2
Quantiphyse and quantiphyse-fabber must be installed. To install the plugin from PyPi use:
pip install quantiphyse-cvr
The plugin will then be available from within Quantiphyse
