When visualizing a continuous trait geography example, the Bayes factor scale can show values that do not appear in the actual log file. Suggested solution: show a scale of values in the Bayes factor legend.

The logic for line legends is here. This creates a discrete or linear legend based on the type of attribute (discrete /continuous). Bayes factor attributes come as linear in JSON. Perhaps the parser should create them as ordinal ones (String.valueOf)?
Can we add an additional option to perform a transformation (e.g. to the log scale) or custom categorization, so that for example Bayes Factors of 2 and 2000 no longer fall into the same category and hence get visualized using the same color?
